To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review and follow our house rules. These guidelines help us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone.
By booking your stay at Surf Beach Motel Newcastle, you agree to abide by these policies during your visit.
- Valid identification + credit card required.
- Full pre-payment required on card 48 hours before arrival.
- All room occupants must be declared on arrival.
- A strict ‘NO PARTY’ policy. Non-paying guests strictly prohibited.
- Primary guest must be 18 years or over.
- Strictly ‘NO SMOKING’ on the premises – (penalty applies).
- No Pets allowed on the premises. Assistance dogs must be declared on arrival.
- There is a 1% surcharge on all credit, debit and Eftpos transactions at our facility.
- A holding deposit may be applicable on arrival
